PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES

FROM FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDY (ONLINE)

1. TERMS

1.1. This offer agreement is an official offer of TM "ANTISCHOOL" / ANTISCHOOL, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to enter into an Agreement for the provision of foreign language learning services online on the Internet at https://antischool.online/.

1.2. The order of foreign language learning services is made by the Customer sending the relevant request to the Contractor by telephone, electronic communication, posted on the official website of the Contractor or directly by contacting one of the offices of the Contractor.

1.3. Acceptance of the offer to enter into the Agreement means full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of all these conditions, taking into account the information provided by him in communication with the Contractor's manager, without any exceptions and / or restrictions. Acceptance of the offer is equated to the conclusion of the contract in a simple written form. In addition, the acceptance of the Customer's offer to enter into the contract means that the Customer understands all the terms of service and terms of the offer, the Customer has the right to receive from the Contractor any clarification on the terms of the offer, and confirms that opportunities meet the will, needs and requirements of the Customer. Acceptance of the offer means that the Offer does not contain clearly burdensome conditions for the Customer, the Customer, based on his/her interests, would not accept if he/she had the opportunity to participate in determining the terms of the Offer, and the Services specified in this Offer are not imposed on the Customer.

1.4. The day of concluding this Agreement is full or partial payment for the Services.

1.5. To enter into this Agreement, the Customer must have full legal capacity and be a person who has reached 18 years of age. It is allowed to conclude a contract with a legal representative in the interests of a minor (parent or guardian). In the case of concluding a contract on behalf of the organization, the representative of the organization must have the necessary scope of authority.



2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Contractor in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement, undertakes to provide the Customer or a person designated by the Customer, a range of educational services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") related to foreign language learning, including in-depth training within the training programs developed by certified professionals, and the Customer undertakes to pay for such Services.

2.2. Services are provided by conducting classes with the participation of the Customer. Such participation is provided by the presence of the Customer at classes on a schedule previously agreed with the Contractor. The Contractor may inform the Customer by telephone or e-mail or via messenger about the formation and change of the schedule.

2.3. The scope of Services is determined by the Customer by selecting one package of Services from the list of packages presented on the Contractor's website. To select a package of Services, the Customer sends a request to the Contractor by telephone, electronic communication, messenger and other channels posted on the official website of the Contractor, or directly to the Contractor's manager.

2.4. Other conditions and terms of providing Services (list of lessons in the Customer's package of Services, dates and times of their start, the group in which the Customer was included) are determined by the Contractor in the Schedule agreed with the Customer.



3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. To conclude the contract, the Customer registers at https://questeng.online/ and leaves his Application with phone number and name.

3.2. The customer is offered a free trial lesson on the online platform. All information (login and password of the platform) with reference to the zoom of the methodologist of the trial lesson comes in a convenient messenger. The Methodologist is waiting for the student at the appointed time at this link - the student must connect to it to communicate.

3.3. This Agreement is a Public Agreement and is considered concluded without its further signing from the moment the Contractor receives from the Customer full or partial payment for the ordered Services, without signing a written copy by the Parties.

3.4. When processing a request for services, the Parties must agree on the following:

- surname, name, patronymic of the Customer / person in whose interests the Customer acts;

- types of training: individual, pair and group with a national teacher or native speaker;

- terms of the training program;

- number of purchased classes;

- payment procedure (full / partial, through the site / non-cash).









4. CHARACTERISTICS OF SERVICES

4.1. As education services under this agreement is to conduct classes to improve foreign language proficiency under a special program developed by the Contractor and which is the object of intellectual property of the Contractor, which includes teaching methods and teaching materials. Classes are held in an interactive online platform https://my.questeng.online/ via video Zoom or Skype.

4.2. The duration and number of classes depend on the type of package purchased.

4.3. The Contractor organizes the transfer of services through teachers, the composition of which is chosen by the Contractor.

4.4. The duration of individual lessons is 50 minutes, adult groups 90 minutes, children groups 80 minutes.



5. PROCEDURE OF PAYMENT

5.1. The cost of services under the terms of this Agreement is determined on the website https://questeng.online/, which must be paid before the first lesson.

5.2. Services are paid to the current account of the Contractor or directly by filling out the form on the site. The Payer's Bank may charge additional fees for card payments through the Contractor's website, the amount of which depends on the policy of the Payer's Bank, which the Contractor himself cannot influence and has nothing to do with.



6. PROVISION OF INSTALLMENTS OF PAYMENT

6.1. The Contractor has the opportunity to provide the Customer with the installment service. There are two installment options: internal installment from the Anti-School and external installment through the bank.

6.2. Installment payment according to the internal system (internal installment from the Anti-School) is possible for one of the packages for individual lessons 48, 96, 144, 192, 240, as well as for group training, pair training and training with native speakers. However, keep in mind that when providing installments, bonus lessons are not credited.



The procedure for providing installments when buying individual training:



Package of 48 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 50%

Second payment - no later than the end of the first month (no more than 15 lessons) - 50% (for the first of the events)



Package of 96 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 50%

Second payment - no later than the end of the first month (no more than 15 lessons) - 50% (for the first of the events)



Package of 144 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 50%

Second payment - no later than the end of the first month (no more than 15 lessons) - 50% (for the first of the events)



Package of 192 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 50%

Second payment - no later than the end of the first month (no more than 15 lessons) - 50% (for the first of the events)



Package of 240 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 50%

Second payment - no later than the end of the first month (no more than 15 lessons) - 50% (for the first of the events)



If a student does not make a second or any subsequent payment for any reason, he / she will be denied access to the platform and classes will be suspended until he / she pays. If payment is not made within 1 month from the date of the debt in accordance with the agreed conditions - previously paid funds are not transferred and are non-refundable.



The procedure for providing installments when buying group training:

in group training, 60% is paid in installments before the start of training, and then - 40% of the remaining cost - a week before the start of the second semester (after the 21st lesson).



6.3. Installment payment by external system (external installment through the bank) is possible for one of the packages for individual lessons 48, 96, 144, 192, 240, as well as for pair training and training with native speakers. However, keep in mind that bonus lessons are not credited when providing installments.

Second payment - after the first month of study 25%

Third payment - after the second month of study 25%

Fourth payment - after the third month of study 25%



Package of 96 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 25%

Second payment - after the first month of study 25%

Third payment - after the second month of study 25%

Fourth payment - after the third month of study 25%



Package of 144 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 25%

Second payment - after the first month of study 25%

Third payment - after the second month of study 25%

Fourth payment - after the third month of study 25%



Package of 192 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 25%

Second payment - after the first month of study 25%

Third payment - after the second month of study 25%

Fourth payment - after the third month of study 25%



Package of 240 lessons:

First payment - before the start of training - 25%

Second payment - after the first month of study 25%

Third payment - after the second month of study 25%

Fourth payment - after the third month of study 25%



6.4. Terms of packages in AntiSchool

The package of 6 lessons is valid for 60 days from the moment of payment

The package of 12 lessons is valid for 90 days from the moment of payment

The package of 24 lessons is valid for 180 days from the moment of payment

The package of 48 lessons is valid for 240 days from the moment of payment

The package of 96 lessons is valid for 360 days from the moment of payment

The package of 144 lessons is valid for 360 days from the moment of payment

The package of 244 lessons is valid for 360 days from the moment of payment



After a certain period, lessons are written off the balance sheet, regardless of whether they were used by the student or not.



Terms of group training packages



As soon as the group selected by the student has started studying, the payment for the group is considered activated, regardless of whether the student attended the class or not.



7. MONEYBACK

7.1. When purchasing group training, the Customer has the option of moneyback, ie. a refund of tuition fees less an administrative fee of UAH 300, provided that the Customer declares this no later than immediately after the first week of training, ie. until the beginning of the second week of study.

7.2. When buying individual or pair classes, the moneyback service is not provided and the funds paid for training are not refundable.



8. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

8.1. The Contractor is solely responsible for the scope of services provided directly to the Customer (specified by the Customer to the Student) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.







9. FORCE MAJEURE

9.1. Neither Party shall be liable to the other Party for failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances arising beyond the will and desire of the Parties that could not be foreseen or avoided, including declared or actual war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics, earthquakes, floods, fires and other natural disasters, actions of state or municipal authorities and other insurmountable circumstances.



10. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT

10.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its conclusion, in accordance with clause 3.3 of this Agreement and shall remain in force until the last scheduled session.
